"I thought the course was well structured and easy to take in. It gave a destinct idea and feel of the individual symbols and an opportunity to experience them at an individual level. She shadow self guided meditation I felt was effective and beneficial. All in all I thoroughly enjoyed the day and felt it was worthwhile. As a practitioner, this course will greatly enhance my ability to help others. Being attuned to the symbols and feeling their particular energies is a great experience. The intensitiy of the energy of these symbols came as a beautiful surprise as the benefits manifested very quickly".
CHANTING: As a new experience it came as a pleasant surprise to see it demonstated and working. The experience of taking part in it and using it will stay with me for a long time. After the chanting I felt as if I have had a good stretch and was relieved."
TONING: Also a new experience and a pleasant and effective one. I felt the benefits right there and then.

What was the most positive experience you had in this class?

What improvements would you recommend in the class or the teacher's presentation? I am completely happy with all my course, and its presentation. It was a wonderful 2 days.
Sandra immediately put me at ease on day 1. Felt very comfortable with both her teaching and herself. Day 2 was also very good, felt very enlightened and hope to remain friends and share my experiences with Karuna Reiki®.

Yes, absolutely! The material was wonderfully presented and Sandra had no problem with explaining things in different ways if necessary.

Yes! At no time did I ever feel I was asking a 'silly' question. Sandra was full of patience and love with me.
The class provided sufficient hands-on exerperience and practice?
I was fortunate to have one-to-one tuition with Sandra and felt relaxed - as if we had 'all the time in the world' to practise with the energies.
How would you describe your experience in this class to a friend?
As very different to anything I have done before! The room we worked in was a peaceful haven. The energies were intense at times but I always felt safe.
What was the most positive experience you had in this class?
I felt an incredible release when 'toning' and particularly enjoyed the stuff occuring within myself when Sandra was toning whilst healing me.
What improvements would you recommend in the class or the teachers' presentation? Absolutely nothing! Thank you so much Sandra for sharing your wonderful gift with me (and for your patience!!). Louise
