Every one of us has been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
We have missed being able to offer you treatments and the crystal shop, and we are looking forward to seeing you again.
Our priority is to keep you as safe as possible, and prior to re-opening our business we have implemented a number of changes in line with the government guidelines which we would like to make you aware of. During the time of our business has been shut, the owner, Sandra Ditta Herrmann, has completed the COVID-19 Awareness course. We have implemented since a number of changes in the way that we operate which you will notice when you next visit.
Booking Appointments If any staff or practitioner feels ill or have symptoms of C0VlD-19, they will self-isolate immediately and not come in. This may mean that we will have to cancel your appointment at short notice. The same goes for track and trace notices to self-isolate. We appreciate that this may be inconvenient, but it is done entirely for your own safety. If your appointment is cancelled for symptoms or track and trace notifications, you will be able to re-book again or ask for a full refund.
If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms of C0VlD-19 – please advise us as soon as possible and DO NOT COME TO THE SHOP OR CENTRE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. We have amended our booking terms and conditions and you will not be charged for any appointments which you miss due to illness or track and trace notifications to self-isolate.
Visiting our business for your safety and to maintain social distancing, we ask that you attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible. Please do not turn up early for appointments as this may mean that you come into contact with other clients who are just leaving although we have also doubled to the time space in between appointments.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning within the treatment room and the shop, including making sure that common surfaces, toilets door handles etc. are wiped clean using disinfectant products between each client.
Shop visitors are asked to disinfect their hands prior to coming into the shop, our shop assistant always wears a visor and gloves.
For sessions we have a protocol which your practitioner will send you prior to the session including also a short covid19 questionnaire which you can just answer on phone or via a text.
We can confirm that the laundering of towels and uniforms is a priority and we an assure you that all laundry is washed at 60°C.
All disposable items are bagged and safely removed from the treatment area regularly.

and we are confident that we can continue to provide these safely. we have decided that some treatments cannot be provided until further notice. Your practitioner will advise you.
Only practitioners who provided risk assessments are allowed to work.
During your treatment
We understand the importance of hand hygiene and we will ensure that we wash our hands in accordance with NHS recommendations before the start of your treatment.
We will try to make your treatment as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you have any concerns about your treatments, please let us know and we will do what we can to assist you.
After the treatment
In order to avoid handling of cash, we would prefer if you could pay for your treatment by advance using bank transfer. All of these procedures have been implemented for your and our safety. We will continue to take advice from the Government and the NHS regarding safe practice and will amend them as necessary.
