Spiritual Restructuring® can be done both in-person and by telephone - same cost

The first Session takes usually 2 hours: cost is £ 45 per hour (often including a short meditation as part of the Spiritual Restructuring - very special ones!)

I recommend another 2 or 3 follow up sessions which may take 1 hour only. The meditations seems to be a big part of the follow ups.
