KUNDALINI
YOGA
As Taught by Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D.

This consists
of physical exercise(asana),
breathing
techniques(pranayama),
meditation(dhyana)
and
total
relaxation to produce emotional balance and wellbeing.

This course starts in September but you can join for the remaining days any time:
Gentler 10-week course with longer meditations of up to 30 minutes to really go inward and experience you connection with yourself and the Universe. You will receive a folder with information on Kundalini Yoga and photocopies of
all sets and meditations for home practice/self-help!
This course will give you a good introduction to
the background of Kundalini Yoga and it's practice.

1/2 hour classes, £85 (if you know you cannot do certain days mentioned below, then you can take £8 off each day you cannot do, but no more than 2 days are possible to take off the full course fee)

However, this course suits all levels!

will receive a comprehensive manual giving you all information
on Kundalini Yoga, Chakras, foods that help certain
chakras and their related organs and photocopies of
all sets and meditations for home practice/self-help!

5-week Kundalini Yoga course
No
floorwork, sitting on a chair/stool or on the floor
(up to you), some standing.
This course is suitable for any level of fitness and
age.
This course specifically helps/works on: brain and heart,
self-love, releasing fears, increasing physical strength,
breathing and its a lot of fun!
Cost:
£45for the 5 week course including a manual with
hand-outs for home practice!

Yoga
courses with weekly sessions of 90 min are given over
the course of 10 weeks developing on a specific theme
like for example working on the Chakras and their related
organs, physical and mental correspondances. A typical
Yoga session consists of tuning in, warm up exercises,
the yoga set (sequence of yoga exercises (asanas), deep
relexation, meditation and tune out. Copies of the exercises
will be handed-out after each session to facilitate
yoga practice at home. Courses for beginners and intermediate
students. Fee for these courses is £65. For more
