Kundalini Reiki I 2008

Origin
Kundalini Reiki has been channelled by Ole Gabrielsen through Master Kuthumi who is the protector of the second ray also know as Koot Hoomi and K.H.
Ole Gabrielsen has been teaching in healing for over 13 years worldwide and is the founder of several healing modalities;  Kundalini Reiki, Tachyon and Full Spectrum Light are some of the most popular. Ole Gabrielsen is Danish and lives in Denmark at the present time.

Possibly the simplest healing and self-development system that exists!

What is Reiki?

Reiki means “Universal life energy”. You can have access to Reiki via “attunement”. During attunement, different energy centres (Chakras) and energy channels are opened/strengthened. This way you can have access to this energy and channel it through your hands. You can then “switch on” the energy, just by intention. Reiki can also be used on animals, plants, water etc. Furthermore, it is possible to accelerate your personal development process drastically by opening the Kundalini.

What is Kundalini?

Basically, Kundalini means that certain healing channels and chakras have been opened, and you have thereby gained access to the Earth’s energy. The Root chakra, which is the energy centre located near the coccyx, acts as an entrance for the Kundalini energy. The Kundalini energy is also referred to as ”the Kundalini Fire”. Hereafter, the energy runs all the way up through the body, through the “main energy channel”, and out of the Crown chakra.

This energy channel goes from the Root chakra to the Crown chakra on the top of the head. An open Kundalini means that over a period of time, a complete cleansing of the chakras, the body parts and the energy channels is obtained.

A person who has, or has had problems with wrong Kundalini awakening, or other problems with the Kundalini energy, can most often be helped with Kundalini Reiki.

All who are interested in learning Kundalini Reiki must begin with Kundalini Reiki 1, even though you may have attunements from other systems.

Kundalini Reiki I
(comments after attunement below) :

Level 1

The first attunement opens the healing channels to allow channelling of Reiki energy. At the same time you are prepared for the Kundalini awakening in Kundalini Reiki 2. The Crown, Heart and hand chakras are opened/strengthened. You are taught to perform a complete healing treatment and to heal remotely from a distance. Kundalini Reiki 1 is the equivalent of the USUI Reiki 1-2-3 attunements.

Each attunement takes approx. 25 minutes.

Kundalini Reiki II 2008

Level 2

The Reiki channels are strengthened. The Kundalini awakening, where the main energy channel opens gently and surely, alighting the Kundalini “fire”, reaches the minimum Solar Plexus chakra, preparing for the full Kundalini rising in Kundalini Reiki 3. You are also taught a specific meditation. When you perform this meditation, you increase for a short time, the power of the flame in the Kundalini fire/energy. In this way, all the chakras/energy systems are enlightened and a cleansing takes place. (Minimum 2 days after Kundalini Reiki 1)

(Kundalini Reiki Master)

Level 3

The previous attunements are strengthened and the Throat, Solar Plexus, Hara and Root Chakras are opened. The Kundalini “fire” is strengthened and reaches up and out of the Crown chakra - full rising of the Kundalini takes place. Extra included attunements: 1 - Balance, 2 - Diamond Reiki, 3 - Crystalline Reiki, 4 - DNA Reiki, 5 - Birth trauma Reiki, 6 - Location Reiki, 7 - Past Life Reiki. You are also taught to pass on Kundalini Reiki 1-2-3 with the new attunement method. (Minimum 10 days after Kundalini Reiki 2)

COMMENTS AFTER THE ATTUNEMENTS:

Kundalini Reiki Level I:

“I felt tingling and energy flowing down my arms and in my palms. There was slight pain in my left arm. I experienced a series of small flames very bright pink, blue, yellow and green – they were in rows further down my body across my abdomen. After about 10 minutes.  I felt my body gently vibrating for about 1 1/2 minutes” Joanne

“ I only "saw" two shadows pass before my closed eyelids few minutes into the session. Apart from that I do not have anything else to report. I do feel very relaxed now.  I have had some water and feel a bit less spaced out. I certainly felt a difference in my hands when, three hours after the attunement, I did Reiki for 50 minutes on a client and then a 15 min distant healing session. I noticed that there appeared to be more energy coming out of my hands, they were much hotter, and the Reiki energy felt a lot more powerful. I don't always feel a lot when I do Reiki so this was something quite noticeable for me.” Harinder

“I have been floating around in the clouds since. At the time it felt like you were there actually flapping or waving your hand in front of my face. I had my eyes closed and was lying on the floor. I had the distinct impression that someone was walking towards me - like the light was changing. 
I have just wanted to sleep and rest and generally chill out - which is of course lovely:
 I could also visualise what I would describe as an Egyptian eye looking through the blackness as my eyes were shut. This is probably my over-active imagination.” Monica 

“Thank you so much for the attunement, this was the experience :
 I lay down at the appointed time with a straight spine.For the first 10-15 minutes nothing happened at all. Then a heaviness in the legs started to rise up through the lowerbody and up into the chest. It was an expansive energy- not too strong -travelling through the body- through the heart then  hands and head.  After it had run its course, there was a great leaden heaviness in the lowerhalf of the body. I stayed with it for a further hour untill this energy lessened  and  worked its way out through the left foot Lots of love from Vibeke.”

I got my first Kundandalini attunement last week from Sandra and the experience was lovely and enchanting. This is how I see Reiki. The Reiki energy is wonderful, Kundalini Reiki enhances it. I had 3 attunements in my life (Reiki I , and Reiki II two times). My exerpeince with Kundalini Reiki is better than any other attunements I had. I find it difficult to express about Kundalini Reiki. For me Kundalini Reiki makes your energy stronger and the feeling you get from the attunement is most amazing. It is soft, lovely, wonderful, powerful at the same time. "Hi Sandra,  Thanks for the Kundalini attunement last night. I called it up at 9.30, and at first nothing much happened, then started to get some purple / red light (made me think of beetroot) and then felt some energy moving up through my body - feet upwards. Felt heat / movement in my arms, got some green light. Energy climaxed up my spine and up through the crown. Was getting a lot of powerful white / silver light and felt that had a sort of rope holding me upright and pulling upwards.
Felt it slowing down and releasing, and noticed clock at 9.44. Stayed in place for about 15 minutes after, as just didn't want to move. Felt very focused after, although slightly fuzzy. Had something to eat and drink then went to bed about 11.00 slept very heavy. Thinking about it now can feel energy on crown. Many thanks for this powerful attunement. With love"

Kundalini Reiki Level II:

“Thank you again Sandra. The attunement  felt as though I was treating the body to something it very much wanted. This is how the attunement felt:  I lay down flat on the bed just before 6 pm as arranged and soon after an expanding energy was felt in the throat and head area. For about half an hour I lay still and observed how the energy was pulsating  in this area - working away where needed.
Later now when I’m up and about, I can still feel the energy working away in the upper body, mainly in the head and throat. I am glad to know that any blockages that are there will dissolve. I shall certainly be practising the 5 minute Kundalini meditation every morning until the final attunement, its good to know we are helping our bodies to become healthy and free from the inside out.

“Thank you for the attunment. I went and got ready and lay down 5 mins before 9 pm  - then woke up at 10 mins past 9! I used the call down phrase and felt some tingling in the head and chest area  - then woke up again at 9.40pm.” Joanne

"The meditation is going well and it is fast becoming part of my routine.
There has been a lot of positive energy surrounding me and things seem to be working themselves out. Lots of stuck problems now seem to have had energy blown into them and they are being resolved which is fabulous."

“It was very relaxing. Just two observations: I felt a pressure at the top of my nose towards the end of the 15 minute session. I presume this has something to do with my third eye. I also felt slight tingling in my palms. Apart from that there is nothing else to report. I have been doing my KR meditation for 5/10 minutes and will continue to do this.” Harinder

"Thanks for the level 2 attunement the other day. This mainly seemed to work around the middle of the body, the arms and spine. Had orange and green (green leaves) colours. Was quite intense once it had started, although not as climatic as the first level. Lasted for eleven minutes.
 Have been doing the meditation every day since. 1st day felt energy at base, sacral and to spine.
 day 2 - red colour splashes and around heart.
Last night did outside in garden, with a high back adjustable garden chair. After lot of white light, felt energy moving round on my head clockwise, made me think of a kings crown with spiky points, as it felt if energy was being picked from the crown up into points. "Thank you for the attunement. I was sitting still afterwards, I could feel the back of my heart centre doing something also had a sensation on my crown towards the end. Unfortunatley I did not see any colours. I am looking forward to trying out the different reiki on myself over the next couple of weeks". Joanne

"I found it really difficult to concentrate yesterday, things kept popping in my mind and I kept clearing them out. It was like my eyes were opening and moving around even though  my eyes were shut.
 I did the attunement and then all of the types of reiki the minimum amount of times so in total the whole thing took about 2.5 - 3 hours. I'll let you know of any other changes."
