I am renting out my 2 bedroom semi-detached house in Wales, Clase, Swansea, to anyone who feels they need to get away from time to time enjoying a bit of beach life and
off course the nurturing energy in Wales.

Up to 6 people can easily stay in the property at any one time if you want to bring your friends, even dogs are allowed if they stay downstairs only. Below are the rooms.

Cost is £60/day if you stay less than one week.

£40/day if you stay one week.

On top of the daily rent there will be a one-off charge for the cleaner which is £40. If the cleaner charges less, you will only be charged how much the cleaner charges me. On top of this is the gas and electricity used for that period (you just give a meter reading when you arrive and leave, this is usually not much cost).
