Spiritual Restructuring® can be done both in-person and by telephone - same cost

First Session is usually 2 hours: £ 45 (for the two hours) including a meditation
(part of the Spiritual Restructuring - very special ones!)

I recommend another 2 or 3 follow up sessions which I will offer at a reduced price of £30 (1 hour or less, the meditation seems to be a big part of the follow ups).
