These meditations are designed to assist in discovering and releasing negative energies stored in the physical body but they will also be quite a revelation to you in your self-discovery of what a wonderful multidimensional being you are.

After each short part of the meditation, the client is asked to make a few notes on paper, after which the meditation continues in a similar fashion.

When the meditation has reached it's end, the practitioner and client discuss what has come up and any corrections (clearing) necessary can be made using a pendulum and the normal SRT method of clearing discordant energies and programs associated with blockages.

This is really more than a meditation for you, with the energy work that follows (if needed, of course).
