I discovered the benefits of this wonderful holistic therapy thanks to a friend using me as a case study for her own training. I was going through a particularly challenging period at the time and I found the treatments very supportive and almost magical in the way they brought relief to physical and even emotional symptoms.

Since qualifying in 2001, I have treated a wide range of people presenting different health concerns and continued my professional development by studying specialized techniques, especially for supporting women through pregnancy and labour, with teachers leading the field.

Apart from foot reflexology, I am a fully qualified facial reflexologist (Sorensen Method) and Reiki (Usui and Karuna Reiki®) practitioner. I can offer combined treatments which, in my experience, work very well.

My aim is to be an effective, supportive and compassionate therapist, a resource for people to address their health concerns holistically so that they can enjoy optimum health.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.
