Aromatherapy Session
The
first session lasts for 1hr and a half and includes
a full confidential consultation where I will
run through the person's lifestyle and habits
and look at their medical history, diet and exercise.
I will then mix up a blend of oils especially
to treat that person's symptoms whether it be
physical tension, emotional or mental stresses.
The
massage then takes place and is a full body oil
massage including face and scalp and lasts for
1hr and 15min. It is recommended to allow for
a rest of up to 2 hours after the massage to receive
full benefits of the treatment. Also to not shower
or bath for 24hs to allow the essential oils to
work through the bodies systems. Naturally drink
plenty of water to aid the body to cleanse and
heal itself naturally.
After
the session you may find your body responds in
a certain way. Some people find themselves feeling
very relaxed and lethargic with a calm sense of
well-being. Other's may feel fatigue as all the
tension and toxins are released, or you may feel
energised and uplifted by the massage, each experience
is unique to the individual and depends on the
person's history and what state their general
well-being is in.
Regular
aromatherapy massage treatments are exceptionally
beneficial to those who lead sedentary and/ or
stressful lives.
